The first two episodes of Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi It debuted this weekend, ushering in an epic mix of new and returning items from the Star Wars universe. As the series follows Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) on an adventure twirling between the Prequel trilogy and the original movie trilogy, this allowed for some unique faces to get into the action — including Haja, a new character he portrayed eternity And the big patient Actor Kumail Nanjiani. Episode two sees Obi-Wan traverse the strange city of Daewoo in search of a young Princess Leia (Vivien Lyra Blair) who has been kidnapped by bounty hunters. After asking the kids on the street how to track down a missing person, Obi-Wan is taken to Hajjah, who seems to do well to help a mother and her son escape the planet. However, Obi-Wan can see that a pilgrim is using magnets and other technical tricks to pretend to have Jedi abilities. However, Haja apparently has connections around Daiyu, and Obi-Wan heads to a location that eventually helps him find Leia.
Later in the episode, Obi-Wan is targeted by all of Daiyu’s killers, who receive a reward for bringing him to the detectives. She discovers the need for this and offers to help Obi-Wan and Leia escape from the planet aboard a cargo ship – and they are ultimately successful in the effort, while a pilgrim briefly acts as Reva (Musa Ingram) on Earth.
While the need appeared in Obi-Wan Kenobi Relatively brief, it’s still an interesting and important thing, especially in terms of the ways in which the myths of the Jedi system can be exploited in the universe.
